Leader. Coach. Speaker.

Helping Christian leaders integrate their faith and their work so they can lead with clarity, character, and staying power.

The long way around teaches you things the shortcut never could.

Brian Remsch didn't take a straight path to leadership development.

Before he ever stood in a pulpit, he was a professional tennis player, competing at a level that taught him early what most leaders learn too late: elite performance is never just about skill. It's about the inner game. Mental toughness, resilience under pressure, the discipline to develop when no one is watching, and the character to handle both winning and losing with integrity.

When his athletic career ended, Brian brought that same framework into ministry. Over the last 15 years, he has served as a pastor, church planter, and organizational leader. He helped plant Connection Church in Middletown, Maryland, served as Lead Pastor of New Beginning Church in Mount Airy for eight years, and in 2023 launched Restoration Church in Frederick, Maryland.

Along the way, he has also led and launched multiple businesses and nonprofits, giving him a multi-sector perspective that most coaches and speakers simply don't have.

What Brian has seen across every one of those contexts is the same pattern: leaders who succeed outwardly but struggle inwardly. Entrepreneurs and executives who have built impressive things but feel the gap widening between their professional life and their faith. High achievers who are winning by every external measure and privately running on empty.

That's the problem Brian has spent his career learning to solve.

Today, Brian works with Christian entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives as a coach and speaker, helping them develop the whole person, not just the professional. His work sits at the intersection of leadership development, faith integration, and human performance. It's practical, direct, and built on fifteen years of walking alongside leaders in the hardest moments of their lives and organizations.

Brian and his wife Maria have been married for 15 years and have four children. They are based in the Frederick, Maryland area.

A few things worth knowing about Brian

  • He was a professional tennis player before he was a pastor, and the lessons from competitive athletics still shape how he thinks about leadership and development.

  • He has planted and led churches, launched businesses, and run nonprofits. That multi-sector background is rare and it shows in how he coaches.

  • He believes the leaders who last are deeply integrated people, not just strategically sharp ones.

  • He will ask you hard questions. That's not a warning. It's a feature.

  • He is based in Frederick, Maryland, and works with clients across the country.
